How can I report a bug?
- In the "Settings" section of your Evie app, there is a "Report a bug" feature. Here you can "Report a bug" or "Suggest an Improvement." This helps our Team hear the Evie Community and improve the Evie Experience.
Why have I not received a response to my bug submission?
- PLEASE NOTE: Bug reports are sent to a NO REPLY email. For any questions or if you need assistance, please reach out to our Evie Care Team at support@eviering.com - we're here to help!
Should I report a bug and contact the Evie Care Team for the same issue or concern?
- We recommend submitting a bug to help our Team best assist with the issue you are experiencing. While it's not required to reach out to us at support@eviering.com, please do so if your issue requires a response. This will allow you to correspond with a member of our Evie Care Team.
When is the best time to report a bug?
- We recommend submitting an issue bug within 24 hours of your experience. Before submitting a bug, please ensure that your Evie app and firmware are up-to-date.
