What is Evie's return policy?
- You may return your ring for any reason within 60 days of the ring receipt date.
Can I return my ring if I no longer have the original packaging?
- You may return your Evie ring in your own packaging if you no longer have the original packaging.
Can you send another sizing kit if I need to exchange my ring for a different size?
- Yes. Upon request we can send you a new sizing kit to help you find your best ring size.
Can you send a new or replacement ring to a different address/recipient?
- We will send your new or replacement ring to your specified address. However, a replacement ring must be sent to (or new address verified by) the owner of the original ring.
How do I return or exchange my ring?

- Returns and exchanges are handled through our partnership with Loop Returns.
- Find your Return ID at the bottom of your confirmation email. It starts with "M", e.g. "M1001. This is not the same as your 13-digit order number.

Refunds
How long does it take for a return or exchange to be processed?
- Once your request is submitted to the Evie Care Team, you can expect to hear back from us within 1-2 business days.
Will I be charged for shipping if I return or exchange my ring?
- Evie will cover all shipping charges for a return or exchange of your Evie ring from a US location.
Can you issue a refund to a different card or bank account than my original form of payment?
- No, any refund will be processed to the original payment method even if it is a different card number. The original card provider will issue the refund to the new card number. This is extremely necessary to avoid fraud.
What if I don’t see a refund transaction on my account?
- Your refund will process through our system in 2-3 days. Depending on your card issuer, the credit should be reflected within 10 days to your original form of payment.
