How long does shipping take?
- If you are purchasing an Evie Ring for the first time, we recommend using our free sizing kit to determine the right fit. Sizing kits are delivered 5-7 business days after you place the order.
Do you charge for shipping the Evie Ring?
- We ship your sizing kit and the Evie Ring at no additional cost.
Does Evie offer expedited shipping?
- No, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Can I update my delivery address?
- For orders that have not already shipped: Contact the Evie Care Team at support@eviering.com prior to confirming your ring size. Once orders have already shipped, we cannot update the shipping address.
Where does Evie ship?
- Evie currently only ships within the US, and our app is only available within the US App Store. More details: US Only Shipping & App Availability
How do I track my order?
Order Placement:
- Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.
Order Shipment:
- When your order ships, we'll send another email with that tracking information
Sizing Kit Orders:
- If you ordered a sizing kit, we'll email you the tracking link when it ships.
Tracking Information Update:
- Please note, the carrier might take up to 24 hours to update the tracking info.
Issues with Confirmation Email:
- If you don't receive a confirmation email after purchasing, please contact our Evie Care Team at support@eviering.com and submit a request.
Are there taxes?
Orders are subject to sales tax according to your state. Please consult your local state tax board for exact rates. Sales tax is not collected for the following states:
- Alaska
- Delaware
- Montana
- New Hampshire
- Oregon
