We're excited that you're planning to gift the Evie Ring! Below are a few tips to help with the gifting process.
General
- Because of the Evie Ring's design, the right size might be different from the ring size that typically fits. For data accuracy, it's important that the Evie Ring wearer has the right fit.
- When an Evie Ring is purchased, we first send a sizing kit. Once the proper size is determined from the kit, we request confirmation of the size and finish. With that, we send the ring!
At Checkout
- Enter the gift recipient's name and address in the shipping fields. We'll first send the Evie Ring's sizing kit to this address.
- Use your email address if you do not want the recipient to receive a receipt.
Confirming Ring Size and Finish
- Once the gift recipient has determined their preferred size from the sizing kit and selected their favorite finish, ask them to confirm this with you. Enter these details at www.eviering.com/apps/ring to send their Evie Ring!

If the shipping address for the sizing kit is different from the shipping address you need for the Evie Ring, please reach out to support@eviering.com before completing the above.
With Your Gift
- With your gift, please provide the order number to the gift recipient. They'll need to provide this to the Evie Care Team if they would like to exchange their Evie Ring for a different size or finish, to file a warranty claim, or in the event of a return.
- If their gifted Evie Ring isn't quite the right size or finish, they can request an exchange at support@eviering.com.
- We hope they'll love their Evie Ring! If they don't love it and would prefer to return, they can request a return at support@eviering.com.
