You can initiate a Spot Check in one of two ways:
- From the " + " button at the bottom of any page (select: Do a spot check)
- From within the "My Body" page itself (select: Do a spot check)

- Follow the instructions on screen, hold your hand steady and the results should pop up within 30 seconds.
- Sometimes, your Evie App may ask you to hold the Evie Ring between your thumb and forefinger to get the best results.
