Customize your Evie Experience by setting personal goals for the metrics that matter most to you! The Evie Ring App lets you track up to three goals at any one time.
Goals include:
Steps – I want to walk more
Sleep – I want quality sleep
Mood & symptoms – I want to track my mood
Active minutes – I want to move more
Workout Sessions – I want to be more active
To keep focus and motivation high, Evie has a three goal limit! Once you choose a goal, you will be prompted to input information related to your anticipated achievement. For certain active goals like Steps and Active Minutes, Evie will adjust the daily target over time based on your personal averages and habits. For example, if you get the most steps on the weekend, over time Evie will set your Saturday and Sunday goal higher to match your daily patterns.
To set a goal, visit the Today page in your Evie Ring App. Here, choose “Set a goal” and select which goal you would like to activate.
You can change any goal by deactivating it and choosing a new one whenever you like!
Please note: If you deactivate a goal, you will no longer have access to that specific goal’s history. To update or deactivate a goal, please click into your goal and scroll to the bottom – Here you will see options to either “Update goal” or “Deactivate goal”.
Tip: The "+" sign on the bottom right corner takes you to a shortcut so you can set or adjust a goal and see a progress overview.
