The Evie Ring App was created with a user-friendly design at its core, enabling effortless viewing and logging of your essential body info, menstrual cycle, and mood through the following pages.
Today
- You will see a consolidated view of your key metrics via the "Daily Summary" which displays steps, active minutes, and calories burned. You can also set and view your goals directly here, by choosing 3 out of the 5 available Goal Setting options. Whether it's a day filled with activity or one focused on recovery, the app acknowledges and supports your unique routine.
My Body
- You can see all of the data collected from your Evie Ring including activity, data, and sleep. You can initiate a workout from this screen, as well as do a quick “Spot Check” on your heart rate and blood oxygen.
Sleep
- Your sleep and sleep vitals will display here. You'll see your sleep stages, duration, and more for the days/weeks.
Journal
- This section of the app allows you to track periods and to log your mood and energy levels.
