The Evie App was created with user-friendly design at its core, enabling effortless viewing and logging of your essential body data, menstrual cycle, and mood. On the Today Page you will see a consolidated view of your key metrics via the "Daily Summary" which displays steps, active minutes, and calories burned at the top, as well as quick logging and viewing of sleep, mood, and menstrual data at the bottom.
You can also set and view your goals directly on the "Today" page, by choosing 3 out of the 5 available goal options. Whether it's a day filled with activity or one focused on recovery, the app acknowledges and supports your unique routine.
The My Body screen is where you can see all of the data collected from your ring including activity, data, and sleep. You can initiate a workout from this screen as well as do a quick “Spot Check” on your heart rate and blood oxygen.
The Journal section of the app allows you to track periods and log your mood and energy level.
