Shipment Tracking NOT Updating
Packages are scanned at multiple points along their journey from pickup to delivery, but the timing of these scans can vary. It's common for a package to go over 24 hours without a new update, especially during extended travel times or when other factors influence delivery.
For most shipments, only key tracking events are recorded, which means there may be a delay before the next update appears.
Cannot Locate Package After 48 Hours of "Delivered" Notification
In some rare instances, packages may be marked as "Delivered" up to 48 hours before they arrive.
- Keep in mind that some carriers may deliver as late as 10 pm.
- Check for any notice of an attempted delivery.
- Search around the delivery area, including other entrances to your home or nearby buildings, such as a garage. Don't forget to check your mailbox or other usual delivery spots.
- Consider asking a neighbor if they received the package in error – or a building manager.
If it's been more than 48 hours since the carrier marked your package as "Delivered," or if your package hasn't had a tracking update in 5 days, please reach out to the Evie Care Team at support@eviering.com for assistance. We're here to help!
